Ham and egg breakfast muffins
Ingredients
-6 eggs
-10-12 slices Ham
-chopped 1/4 onion
-grated cup cheese
-1/4cup milk
Method
1. We are going to start by frying chopped onion with butter until translucent then add chopped Ham fry for a minute or so
2. Now in a bowl add all the ingredients eggs, milk, half cup cheese and fried onion and ham season with salt
3. Use a folk or hand whisk to mix everything together
4.Now oil the the muffin tray then pour the mixture in each muffing cups
5. Top it with grated cheese
6. Bake at 180° the eggs cups are cooked through
7. Serve and Enjoy
