CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


 Ingredients:

 3 eggs

 120g sugar

 150g butter

 200g chocolate

 80 g flour

 1 teaspoon vanilla

 1 pinch of salt

 1 handful of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts


 Method:

 1. Mix the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt in a double boiler.

 2. Let cool.

 3. Beat the eggs with the sugar, then also add the sifted flour.

 4. Lastly, add a pinch of salt and vanilla.

 5. Add the chocolate and butter mixture.

 6. Pour the dough into a square mold and decorate with walnuts on top.

 7. Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

 8. Cut into squares and decorate with melted chocolate.
